The D12 Guesthouse has a surface of 861 square feet and a 5382 square feet well- groomed garden. The D12 Guesthouse is designed to meet all the needs of its guests. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and comfortable.

On the ground floor you shall find the entrance hall, a bathroom with shower, a lounge with TV and an open kitchen featuring a dining area. The dining room opens onto a covered terrace with patio furniture, where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast or a glass of wine in the fresh air.

The first floor of the D12 Guesthouse features a bedroom, which offers modern furnishings, a large, comfortable double bed, and freshly ironed cotton linen for a perfect rest.

On top of that, we offer an unlimited supply of Nespresso coffee pods and tea filters in a variety of flavors.

The Guesthouse is equipped with air conditioning, a stable Wi-Fi, a flat screen TV, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a safe, as well as an outdoor camera system.

The modern, large and fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your own favorite dishes, be it a delicious breakfast or a romantic dinner at sunset. That way you shall feel at home even on a longer stay.

The full equipment includes plates, cutlery, glasses, crockery, fridge, electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and juicer, among other things.

The D12 Guesthouse has both radiator and underfloor heating. You shall set the internal temperature of the Guesthouse according to your preference. This is ideal for guests sensitive to cold, since unlike a hotel room, getting cold is not an option in the D12 Guesthouse. You can expect the place to be heated on your arrival.
