Our prices may increase during high seasons and priority periods such as Easter, F1 race week, from July to August, and New Year's Eve.

For longer stays, please ask for our special rates.

Please book via the website

Please do NOT book through an accommodation website, but directly here on the website. If you find availability at a better rate on any of the accommodation broker sites, we will provide you with this better rate when you book through the website.

There is a special treat waiting for you at your arrival if you book through the D12 Guesthouse’s own website. :)

• Parking (closed but not covered parking in the yard)

Payment

Please pay the accommodation fee in advance by bank transfer.

After receiving the reservation, we will send you the data required for the transfer by e-mail.

Our prices include full service, there are no additional fees or charges. 

Payment method

Total amount of the accommodation fee shall be paid in advance by wire transfer.
We will send you the payment details by e-mail upon your reservation.

Cancellation

• Until 3 days before arrival - cancellation free of charge
• Within 1-3 days before arrival - you will be charged 50% of your reservation fee
• Within 24 hours before arrival - you will be charged 70% of your reservation fee
  
  Cancellation is free of charge until 3 days before arrival. Guests shall be charged 50% of the total reservation fee when canceling within 1-3 days before arrival, and 70% for last minute cancellation within 24 hours before arrival.
